About the role
Wanderlust Pet Services Pvt. Ltd., India's leading pet sourcing and pet care platform, is looking for a lawyer in Jaipur to support its growing operations. The successful candidate will draft, review, and vet contracts, conduct legal research, oversee compliance activities, and handle legal queries from customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research related to corporate, contract, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
- Oversee compliance activities, company policies, terms & conditions, and internal legal frameworks.
- Handle legal queries from customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
- Support management in corporate law matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on relevant industry laws, guidelines, and legal best practices.
- Maintain accurate legal records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
