Corporate Investigator – Enterprise Protection Program

About the role

The Corporate Investigator supports the Enterprise Protection Program by investigating internal theft, fraud, vandalism, and policy violations across global locations. Working under the GI Regional Manager, the investigator uses technology, analysis, and interviewing techniques to protect personnel, information, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze CCTV footage, access‑control data, and other sources to identify behaviors, root causes, and evidence.
• Prioritize and manage multiple investigations, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Collect, document, and preserve video, images, documents, and other evidence throughout the case workflow.
• Conduct interviews with victims, witnesses, and persons of interest using established, non‑coercive techniques.
• Investigate external threats and internal incidents such as asset theft, intellectual‑property loss, and vandalism.
• Use a structured case‑management system to track investigations, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare written reports and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate in training, mentor peers, and share knowledge with the investigative team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret video and data evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of empathetic interviewing.
• Ability to manage overlapping deadlines and maintain organized case files.
• Willingness to continuously improve processes and adopt innovative investigative tools.
