About the role

Goodera is looking for an enthusiastic Event Host/Emcee to lead corporate volunteering experiences in Jaipur. You will be the face of Goodera at client events, ensuring each volunteering activity is engaging, seamless, and memorable for employees of leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and host corporate volunteering events from start to finish.
• Present the Goodera brand and maintain high standards of participant experience.
• Communicate clearly with volunteers, answer questions, and build strong connections.
• Manage logistics such as material preparation, on‑site coordination, and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Capture event moments and create lasting memories for participants.
• Collaborate with non‑profits and beneficiaries to close the impact loop.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Strong public‑speaking skills with the capacity to captivate an audience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Passion for social impact and understanding of volunteering benefits.
• Adaptability to changing situations and quick problem‑solving.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Willingness to handle end‑to‑end event logistics.
