Corporate Counsel – Legal Support for India Operations

About the role

Marvell is seeking a motivated Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for its India operations. Based in Bangalore, you will work closely with business teams across employment, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and litigation matters, ensuring legal compliance while enabling innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, and regulatory issues within Marvell’s India locations.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and deliver practical, solution‑oriented guidance for business initiatives.
• Support negotiations by preparing research, first drafts, and issue lists.
• Assist with litigation, claims, and dispute negotiations.
• Prepare, update, and align company policies with global standards.
• Coordinate with external counsel on specialized matters.
• Lead internal investigations and design training programs.

Required profile

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in corporate, employment, IP, privacy, and regulatory law.
• Proven ability to advise business units and manage cross‑functional legal issues.
• Strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with external counsel and handling internal investigations.
