Corporate BU Controlling Business Analyst

About the role

The Corporate BU Controlling Business Analyst will support Bosch's Business Units by preparing, analysing and reporting results, enabling transparent decision‑making and steering towards business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business unit results and provide transparent data to regional Business Units (rBUs) for performance steering.
• Develop business case evaluations with multiple scenarios, coordinate with cross‑functional plant teams and present findings to rBUs.
• Analyse process disruptions in MBR and CF, implement systematic problem‑solving approaches.
• Participate in the GS Allocation Task Force, leading meetings, documentation and deep‑dive analysis to identify improvement levers.
• Handle reporting tasks such as Net Working Capital and Free Cash Flow documentation.
• Lead projects like Docupedia, Personnel Dashboard and SAC initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with RB central directives and statutory requirements.
• Define and assess cost structures, develop financial performance indicators and drive cost‑reduction measures in partnership with plant, rBU and IPN teams.
• Define and implement data‑driven controlling processes through digital transformation to improve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business unit controlling and financial analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with plant, regional Business Units and finance teams.
• Project leadership experience, especially in reporting and compliance initiatives.
• Understanding of cost management, investment evaluation and digital transformation concepts.
