About the role
The Coordinator, Sponsorship Effectiveness ensures the well‑being of children in the target area by monitoring their progress and facilitating meaningful relationships between sponsors, donors, children, families and communities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor child progress and ensure participation in programmes.
- Manage the children portfolio in line with sponsorship standards.
- Facilitate timely, quality communication with sponsors.
- Support implementation of the Area Development Program.
- Maintain accurate child‑related data, generate regular reports and flag concerns.
- Conduct weekly community visits to assess child well‑being and raise awareness of child protection mechanisms.
Required profile
- Ability to work in remote rural or urban project sites.
- Strong monitoring, reporting and data‑entry skills.
- Experience coordinating sponsor‑child relationships.
- Commitment to child protection and community engagement.
