Cook Trainer

About the role

Jinn is looking for a Cook Trainer to develop and coach a network of home cooks across Mumbai. You will design structured training programs, deliver workshops and one‑on‑one sessions, and ensure consistent culinary quality and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve training curricula covering home‑style cooking, kitchen best practices, food safety basics, plating, and platform workflows.
• Conduct group workshops and individual coaching sessions for Jinn’s home cooks.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and track each cook’s progress.
• Maintain training materials, documentation, and performance records.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to align training with service standards.

Required profile

• Experience in training, coaching or teaching adults, preferably in culinary, hospitality or operations environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain concepts simply.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen workflows and food hygiene; formal food‑safety training is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
