Controller – Assistant Manager

About the role

The Controller – Assistant Manager will ensure accurate documentation of requirements for the GAO client cash process and support the end‑to‑end delivery of new processes through IT releases and client conversions. This role works closely with business analysts and technical teams to maintain production support and assist in creating standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Document requirements for GAO client cash processes and manage their transition through IT releases.
• Collaborate with CSO Business Analysts to capture functional specifications.
• Provide production‑process support and assist technical writers in developing SOPs.
• Prepare and update process narratives, procedures, flow charts, and related documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and revenue processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects, new transaction implementations, and system migrations.
• Conduct user access reviews, certifications, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AR and revenue‑related processes.
• Experience with process or system migration projects and new process set‑ups.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, SOPs, narratives, and flow charts.
• Proactive in handling internal and external stakeholder requests.
• Comfortable working on ad‑hoc initiatives and performing access reviews.
