Control Advisory Manager

About the role

LSEG is looking for a proactive Control Advisory Manager to join its Control Utility team in Bengaluru. You will partner with business control officers and owners to design, engineer, and remediate sustainable controls that align with enterprise standards and drive automation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on control design, remediation and automation for divisions and functions.
• Review process changes, new initiatives and projects for control implications and ensure compliance with COSO, SOX and COBIT frameworks.
• Design and engineer preventive and detective controls, and lead remediation of identified deficiencies.
• Develop and maintain risk and control matrices, documentation and training materials.
• Support control testing, risk self‑assessments and continuous monitoring using data‑analytics tools.
• Stay updated on regulatory expectations, emerging risks and control‑automation technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit or control advisory.
• Proven expertise in control design, remediation and automation.
• Strong knowledge of control frameworks such as COSO, SOX and COBIT.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
