Contracts Processor – Entry Level (Night Shift)

About the role

The Contracts Processor is an entry‑level professional within Contract Operations who supports commercial contracting activities across Qualifacts platforms. The role prepares, reviews, routes, processes and maintains customer contract documents and related commercial records, ensuring agreements accurately reflect approved business terms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and route contract documents such as Service Change Forms, Statements of Work, amendments, and vendor agreements.
• Validate that Salesforce records and contract files reflect correct customer information, pricing, effective dates, and approvals.
• Apply contract policies and approval guidelines, identifying and escalating non‑standard terms or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and Billing to obtain approvals and resolve routine contracting questions.
• Maintain accurate contract repositories and Salesforce status updates, applying naming conventions and ensuring audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of commercial contracts, contract lifecycle, and sales operations concepts.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and manage multiple transactions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills in English to interact with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet service‑level deadlines, and apply professional judgment to routine issues.
