Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager supports contract management activities across ongoing projects and bids. The role ensures timely documentation, accurate interpretation of contractual terms, compliance with internal guidelines, and proactive issue identification. It also assists with claims documentation, contract closure, and maintains consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract documents, identify obligations and key conditions, and raise queries for clarification.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records of contracts, correspondence, approvals, change orders, and related communications.
• Assist in compiling and preparing tender documentation, reviewing commercial terms, deviations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Provide data and documentation support for preparing claims and variations, coordinating with planning and billing teams.
• Liaise with internal teams such as planning, execution, legal, and procurement to ensure correct implementation of contract terms.
• Communicate with client‑side contract representatives to follow up on submissions, clarifications, and routine matters.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret contractual language.
• Excellent organizational skills for record keeping and documentation.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder and client interaction.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams in a project environment.
