Contract & Procurement Expert – Hydropower & Pumped Storage

About the role

The Contract & Procurement Expert will administer project contracts and procurement activities for a pumped‑storage hydropower project, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions, technical specifications, and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer EPC contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and assess contractor claims and variation orders.
• Monitor contractual obligations and certify contractor payments.
• Support procurement activities and manage payment certificates.
• Resolve contractual disputes and assist with arbitration or litigation support.
• Maintain comprehensive contract records and prepare regular contract reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration and procurement for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Panaura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
