Contract Management

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Management professional to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and commercial terms. The role involves managing complex contractual frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and supporting business operations through effective risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply contract law, tort, sales of goods, law of limitation, writs and statutes.
• Handle ad‑hoc and institutional arbitration (Indian Arbitration, ICC, SIAC).
• Manage SAP‑SD processes, invoicing, export‑import documentation, receivable management and accounting.
• Oversee liquidated damages, limitation of liability, warranties, guarantees and consequential damages.
• Conduct EPC contracting, negotiations, bidding, risk review and analysis of tender documents.
• Redline, draft and review agreements including FIDIC contracts, NDAs, MOUs, joint‑venture and consortium agreements.
• Identify and manage critical contractual risks, notices, claims, time extensions and amicable dispute settlements.
• Administer letters of credit, bank guarantees, parent company guarantees, authorizations and powers of attorney.

Required profile

• Expert understanding of contract law, arbitration and SAP‑SD.
• Working knowledge of EPC contracting, FIDIC forms and commercial risk analysis.
• Proven experience in drafting, redlining and managing complex agreements.
• Ability to handle export‑import documentation and financial instruments related to contracts.
