Content Producer

About the role

PaisaSmart is looking for a versatile Content Producer to drive the creation, production, and distribution of video and graphic assets that engage our users. You will own the entire content lifecycle—from ideation to publishing—while collaborating directly with the founder and a small, high‑impact team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate content ideas based on user interests, market trends, and performance data.
• Plan and execute shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, camera work, lighting, and sound.
• Handle post‑production tasks such as video editing, motion‑graphics creation, and design of static assets (ads, thumbnails, carousels).
• Publish and manage content on YouTube and Instagram, including scheduling, titles, thumbnails, captions, and community interaction.
• Identify, hire, and oversee freelancers for specialized tasks (shooting, editing, animation) and ensure quality delivery.
• Own channel performance, managing paid spend, targeting, testing, and organic growth metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communications, Art or related field (experience valued over degree).
• 0–5 years of experience in video production, graphic design, or content creation.
• Ability to work onsite in Nariman Point, Mumbai, Monday‑Friday, 10 am – 7 pm.
• Self‑starter with high responsibility, comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
