Content Creative Strategist / Office Assistant

About the role
This hybrid position blends creative campaign development with research and day‑to‑day office support. You will help the team generate fresh content ideas, monitor media and industry trends, and provide insights for client pitches while also handling basic administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new campaign concepts and content ideas aligned with client objectives.
- Track media, industry and emerging trends using tools such as Google Trends and SimilarWeb.
- Conduct competitor analysis and synthesize findings for strategy discussions.
- Prepare research‑based insights and visual presentations for client pitches.
- Provide office coordination, scheduling, and general administrative support.
Required profile
- Curious mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of the South African media landscape and emerging media trends.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
