Content and Community Associate

About the role

FRND is building a social platform that connects millions of users across India. The Content and Community Associate will own the voice of regional communities, nurture creators and micro‑influencers, and help shape a safe, engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, solving problems and fostering loyalty.
• Scale and manage regional communities in Gujarati and Marathi.
• Identify, nurture, and grow micro‑influencers who drive matchmaking, gifting, and live interactions.
• Design and execute monetisation and up‑skilling strategies for creators.
• Collaborate with product teams to launch features that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Monitor cultural trends and bring viral formats into the app early.
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and interactive spaces across multiple language communities.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in community, operations, or campaign management, preferably with regional audiences.
• Strong understanding of Gujarati and/or Marathi language and culture.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with creator or influencer ecosystems.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track performance and optimise.
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
