Content and Community Associate

About the role
FRND is building a social platform that connects millions of users across India. The Content and Community Associate will own the voice of regional communities, nurture creators and micro‑influencers, and help shape a safe, engaging environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, solving problems and fostering loyalty.
- Scale and manage regional communities in Gujarati and Marathi.
- Identify, nurture, and grow micro‑influencers who drive matchmaking, gifting, and live interactions.
- Design and execute monetisation and up‑skilling strategies for creators.
- Collaborate with product teams to launch features that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Monitor cultural trends and bring viral formats into the app early.
- Maintain safe, inclusive, and interactive spaces across multiple language communities.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in community, operations, or campaign management, preferably with regional audiences.
- Strong understanding of Gujarati and/or Marathi language and culture.
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships at scale.
- Hands‑on experience with creator or influencer ecosystems.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to track performance and optimise.
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
