Contact Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Contact Center Representatives to join our night‑shift team in Smart City, Kochi. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, process customer inquiries, and perform data entry of vehicle licence‑plate images using our image‑processing software.

Key responsibilities

• Answer routine telephone and case inquiries following standard scripts.
• Enter licence‑plate numbers from images into the database accurately.
• Process toll transactions, video bills and credit‑card payments over the phone.
• Research and resolve customer issues, negotiate payments within set limits.
• Document calls, cases and actions in the system and maintain daily work statistics.
• Assist other departments during low call volumes and maintain excellent attendance.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English (C1 level) and good spoken Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to handle stressful conversations professionally.
• Attention to detail, time‑management skills and willingness to work night shifts.
