Consulting Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a motivated Associate to join its General Consulting services team in Gurugram. You will work alongside senior consultants and business leaders to address complex client challenges and help drive sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Provide constructive, real‑time feedback and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest actionable solutions.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly while adhering to risk and compliance standards.
• Stay current with developments in your area of specialism.
• Communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in written materials.
• Build and maintain internal and external professional networks.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of consulting experience.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent.
• Interest in Energy, Utilities & Resources sector is a plus.
• Purpose‑led and values‑driven mindset.
