Consultant – Market Research & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant who combines strong analytical abilities with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to help clients address strategic and tactical business challenges. The role involves managing workstreams, preparing client‑ready materials, and mentoring junior team members across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project workstream plans based on senior guidance and project objectives.
• Design market‑research methodology instruments to meet key objectives.
• Translate brand strategy and client needs into testable hypotheses and analytical approaches.
• Anticipate analytical challenges and devise mitigation strategies.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques (e.g., CHAID, choice modeling, clustering, k‑NN, regression) to solve business problems.
• Ensure quality control of analyses and deliverables across the team.
• Create efficient processes and automation to improve delivery quality.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a compelling manner.
• Coach and develop junior team members in structured communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market research or analytics consulting.
• Ability to work independently on tasks and lead small project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
