Consultant Doctor – Trichology & Cosmetology (Full‑time)

About the role

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic is seeking a full‑time Consultant Doctor to lead dermatology, trichology and cosmetic procedures at its Ballygunge location. The role combines patient consultations, treatment planning and hands‑on aesthetic interventions within a fast‑growing, technology‑driven chain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and hair assessments, review medical histories and provide accurate diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks, timelines and after‑care.
• Perform a range of aesthetic and clinical procedures, including laser hair reduction, laser skin treatments, chemical peels, PRP therapy, microneedling, Botox, dermal fillers, threads and other injectable cosmetology services.
• Document treatment parameters and follow‑ups in the clinic management system.
• Build trust with clients through ethical guidance, empathetic communication and professional handling of queries.
• Collaborate with consultants, technicians and front‑desk staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and ethical conversion of consultations.
• Participate in internal training, SOP improvements and support overall clinic workflow as needed.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, BDS or MDS) with relevant specialization.
• 1–5 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology or trichology.
• Hands‑on experience with lasers, chemical peels, PRP and injectable aesthetic procedures.
• Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client‑centric care.
