Construction Supervisor

About the role

Avodha is looking for a full‑time Construction Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on its on‑site projects in Kochi. You will ensure that construction work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor crews.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor progress against project plans, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare concise progress reports for project stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties involved and support continuous improvement of construction processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience supervising construction projects, preferably in commercial or educational infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
