About the role

We are seeking a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our on‑site construction crews. In this role you will coordinate daily construction activities, ensure strict adherence to safety standards and building codes, and keep projects on schedule while managing budgets and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and supervise construction crew members.
• Monitor crew performance, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
• Coordinate the availability of materials, tools, and equipment for each project phase.
• Track project budgets, report variances, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Identify on‑site problems quickly and develop practical solutions.
