Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead daily on‑site activities for residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that construction work follows design plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction crews and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against project timelines, conduct regular site inspections, and enforce safety protocols.
• Track material and equipment usage, manage on‑site documentation, and report status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support budget adherence, regulatory compliance, and company quality standards.
• Address on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays and rework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision for residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
