About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate our on‑site construction crews. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and train new crew members.
- Monitor crew performance, provide feedback and recommend improvements.
- Educate all staff on safety regulations and building codes.
- Oversee daily site activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure required materials, tools and equipment are available and properly allocated.
- Identify problems on site and develop feasible solutions.
