Construction Sales Manager – Premium Residential Projects

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for premium residential construction projects, driving client engagement from initial contact through deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end sales cycle for premium residential construction projects, including calls, client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to align proposals with client needs.
• Monitor market trends in construction and real‑estate sectors.
• Prepare sales forecasts, track performance against targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent Architeca at client events, site visits and industry networking activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in construction, real‑estate or design‑build environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple leads and projects.
• Integrity, accountability and a customer‑focused mindset aligned with company values.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Chennai, conducting client visits and site inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets for forecasting and documentation.
• Competence with basic office software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
