Construction Project Manager – MEP, Civil, Façade & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead MEP, Civil, Façade and Interior Fit‑Out projects at our Kochi site. The role demands a proactive, technically sound professional who can deliver high‑value projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of MEP, Civil, Façade and Interior Fit‑Out works.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, architects, PMCs, clients and government authorities.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical and execution issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks and deliverables.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in MEP, Civil, Façade and Interior Fit‑Out projects.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations and statutory construction requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and quality standards.

Required skills

• MS Project or Primavera for scheduling and tracking.
• AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Microsoft Planner.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or construction‑management platforms (advantageous).
