Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead the execution of commercial and high‑rise building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control day‑to‑day construction activities against the approved schedule.
• Supervise RCC, structural, architectural, MEP coordination and finishing works.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Track manpower, material, and equipment requirements on site.
• Review progress, take corrective actions, and report milestones.
• Manage inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Resolve technical and execution issues promptly.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC and commercial building construction.
• Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and planning.
• Experience in finishing works and MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of quality control and construction standards.
• Ability to manage contractors and site teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
