Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead construction projects from the bidding stage through to successful execution. Reporting to senior management, the role serves as the primary liaison for clients and ensures projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project life‑cycle, from initial bid preparation to final hand‑over.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep work on schedule.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and guarantee compliance with safety standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong organizational abilities and proven project‑management expertise.
• In‑depth industry knowledge and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of structural concepts and construction processes.
