Construction Planner/Scheduler

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, recovery plans, and look‑ahead schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks and delays.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and project teams.
- Analyze delay and disruption events and support claims‑related planning activities.
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
- Support project execution through effective planning and resource optimization.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of planning experience in construction projects, preferably MEP works for data‑center projects.
- Experience on large‑scale mission‑critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
