Construction Manager – Solar

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead end‑to‑end construction activities for utility‑scale solar power projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction phases for solar power facilities, ensuring milestones, quality, safety, and budget targets are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and site teams to execute civil, mechanical, electrical, transmission line, and substation works.
• Monitor construction progress, resource deployment, productivity, and contractor performance while addressing risks, delays, and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, HSSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout the construction lifecycle.
