Construction Manager – MEP

About the role

Zyeta is seeking a technically strong Construction Manager – MEP to lead the execution and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on commercial interior fit‑out projects. The role requires hands‑on site experience, strong coordination abilities, and a focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise complete execution of MEP works at project sites.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings before execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor installations of HVAC, electrical, fire‑fighting, fire alarm, ELV, plumbing, and BMS systems.
• Conduct daily site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, material, and equipment deployment; ensure timely procurement of MEP materials.
• Verify measurements, contractor bills, and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover, while maintaining project documentation.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in MEP execution for commercial interior fit‑out or workplace projects.
• Strong knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and relevant MEP standards.
