Construction Manager – MEP & Civil Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead MEP and civil works on large‑scale industrial projects in Mumbai. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise MEP and civil works, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and resources to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and maintain effective communication with all parties.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12‑15 years of progressive construction management experience on large‑scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of civil works, construction processes and their interface with MEP systems.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance environment.
