Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site‑level activities on high‑rise residential projects. The role involves ensuring safe, on‑time and quality delivery while managing budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction activities for high‑rise residential buildings, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the Project Head and cross‑functional teams (Planning, Formwork, Reinforcement, MEP, Finishing, Stores, Quality, EHS) to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan, monitor and drive daily construction work in line with milestones, floor cycles, resource plans and productivity targets.
• Supervise subcontractors, engineers, supervisors and workmen to maintain quality, safety and productivity standards.
• Track progress against targets, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate structural, MEP and finishing activities to avoid clashes, rework and delays.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, method statements, EHS standards and statutory requirements.
• Interface with clients and consultants for inspections, approvals and resolution of site‑level issues.
• Support the Project Head with MIS, DPRs, progress reviews, client updates and management reporting.
• Monitor material, manpower and equipment usage for cost optimisation and resource efficiency.
• Drive the use of digital tools, reporting systems and process improvements on site.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, logs and inspection records.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Mivan or Aluform construction methodology.
• Strong knowledge of formwork cycles, reinforcement detailing and concrete execution.
• Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Experience in monitoring progress, identifying constraints and applying corrective measures.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for drawings, specifications and EHS standards.
• Ability to prepare and present MIS reports, DPRs and client updates.
