Construction Manager

About the role

Kool Home Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead high‑rise projects at its Kochi office. The role involves overseeing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction operations for high‑rise buildings.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, control budgets and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• BTech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction domain.
• At least 2 years in a site‑in‑charge or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering high‑rise building projects.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
