Construction Manager – Civil Projects

About the role

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking a Construction Manager (Civil) to lead on‑site activities for its Real Estate Business in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities, aligning work with project plans and specifications.
• Manage site logistics, including material handling, equipment placement, and access control.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Track project schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present status reports on budget, schedule, and performance to stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, inspection and testing procedures.
• Develop and implement a robust Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program.
• Lead safety meetings, investigations, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil construction management, preferably in large‑scale infrastructure or real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
