Construction Incharge – API Warehouse (EPC Project)

About the role

SRR Projects Private Limited is looking for an experienced Construction Incharge to lead the construction of an API Warehouse within an EPC project. The role involves overseeing all site activities, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and specialised warehouse systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall site construction and work closely with the Design & Engineering team for timely drawings, design inputs and constructability requirements.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
• Coordinate specialised warehouse systems such as ASRS, pallet racking, conveyors, forklifts, dock levellers, cold/cool rooms, AHUs and chilled‑water systems.
• Ensure proper interface between building works, MEP services and warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Monitor project schedule, manpower, subcontractors, quality, safety and cost.
• Collaborate with client/PMC, design, procurement and internal teams to achieve timely completion and handover.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12–18 years of experience in industrial/EPC construction projects.
• Preferred experience in pharma/API warehouses, automated warehouses, temperature‑controlled facilities, ASRS or industrial buildings.
