Construction cum Quality Manager

About the role

The Construction cum Quality Manager will lead on‑site supervision of civil and environmental projects, ensuring that all works meet the required codes, quality standards and testing procedures. The role focuses on water supply, used‑water management and sewerage systems, primarily within Karnataka.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on site to guarantee compliance with project specifications and regulatory codes.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, including testing and inspection of materials and systems.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to address issues in water supply, wastewater treatment and sewerage infrastructure.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that project documentation reflects all quality control actions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in on‑site project supervision.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in water supply, used‑water management or sewerage systems.
• Demonstrated experience on projects located in Karnataka.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Public Health Engineering; a Master’s in Construction Management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
