Concrete Technologist – Executive N

About the role

The Executive N – Concrete Technologist is a frontline technical position focused on concrete admixture solutions. The role supports business growth by conducting site trials, providing technical recommendations, and converting sales leads into concrete product sales. Extensive travel to project sites across the assigned geography is required.

Key responsibilities

• Customize admixture formulations at the site level to meet client performance requirements.
• Test and validate formulations against required concrete parameters.
• Prepare and deliver finalized formulation samples for client evaluation.
• Design specialized concrete mixes such as self‑compacting and precast concrete.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance at project sites.
• Conduct on‑site sampling of admixture products to build customer confidence.
• Develop long‑term relationships with RMCs, contractors, and QA/QC personnel.
• Collect and analyse competitor product samples to inform product improvements.
• Support marketing in product trials and comparative strength analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D for new product development based on market feedback.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Tier III/IV institute (minimum 50% marks, no backlogs).
• 1–8 years of experience in ready‑mix concrete (RMC) or admixture companies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on site and manage stakeholder relationships.
