Concrete Specialist – Construction Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Concrete Specialist to lead concrete planning, execution, and quality control across multiple construction sites in the Delhi NCR region. The role involves overseeing all aspects of concrete work, from mix design to site supervision, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control concrete pouring activities, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and RCC structures.
• Review and approve concrete mix designs, optimizing for strength, workability, durability, and cost.
• Establish and monitor concrete quality‑control procedures, conduct slump, cube, temperature, and permeability tests.
• Ensure site readiness, proper placement, vibration, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Investigate and resolve concrete defects such as honeycombing, segregation, cracks, and surface issues.
• Provide technical expertise for mass and special concrete pours, including temperature‑control measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, QA/QC teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in concrete technology and construction.
• Proven experience in mix design, quality control, and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, specifications, and ITPs.
