Compliance & Ethics Officer (f/m/d)

About the role

DB RRTS is building a Regional Rapid Transit System and Mass Rapid Transport System in Delhi, India. The Compliance & Ethics Officer will lead training, risk analysis and preventive measures to ensure adherence to DB Group standards, anti‑corruption policies and human‑rights obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver Compliance and Ethics training focused on corruption prevention, economic crime and the DB Code of Conduct.
• Support the Compliance Officer with audits, due‑diligence, risk assessments, whistle‑blowing management and contract reviews.
• Conduct compliance risk analyses, report findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and propose improvements to the Compliance Management System in line with DB E.C.O. Group requirements.
• Report compliance incidents, assist internal investigations and support corporate secretarial tasks, including board meeting preparation.

Required profile

• Graduate (excluding B.Tech/M.Tech) with 5–9 years of relevant experience.
• Law degree is an advantage.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience working in an international environment and handling complex compliance issues.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of anti‑corruption regulations and economic crime prevention.
• Familiarity with compliance risk assessment methodologies.
• Understanding of corporate governance and secretarial procedures.
