About the role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our RN‑led care team. At CSN you will work closely with registered nurses, enjoy consistent scheduling, and become a valued member of a professional care family.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Follow care plans and document observations for RN review.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for patients and team members.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare staff.
