Community Specialist

About the role

Driffle is seeking a passionate gamer to join its community team. You will act as the bridge between the company and gaming communities, helping to shape product offerings and improve player experiences across multiple titles.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with gaming communities on Discord, Reddit, Telegram, X (Twitter) and dedicated gaming forums.
• Identify and connect with individuals offering game‑related services where platform policies and laws allow.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and service providers.
• Research emerging gaming trends, new titles, and community activity.
• Track outreach efforts, keep organized records, and report insights to internal teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date on game updates, competitive scenes, and emerging communities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in gaming or community engagement (or equivalent experience).
• Active gamer familiar with multiple online multiplayer titles such as Fortnite, Valorant, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, PUBG, League of Legends, Dota 2, Counter‑Strike, etc.
• Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems, player behavior, and community dynamics.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and networking online.
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently.
