Community Relations Manager

About the role

Thraya, a Waldorf‑inspired school near Gandipet, Hyderabad, is seeking a Community Relations Manager to be the friendly face of the campus. You will connect with parents, organise events, and share daily life on campus through engaging content, ensuring families feel informed and involved.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the school’s content calendar, capturing photos and videos of classroom activities.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with local event venues, brands and creators, representing Thraya in the community.
• Conceptualise, plan and host open days, workshops and community meet‑ups.
• Serve as the first point of contact for parent inquiries, coordinating requests and day‑to‑day logistics with teachers and founders.

Required profile

• Outgoing, people‑first personality with a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people.
• Strong written and spoken English with impeccable grammar.
• Self‑driven, execution‑focused and comfortable working without close supervision.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Gandipet, Hyderabad for an on‑campus role.

Required skills

• Social‑media fluency – ability to plan, create and post content that resonates with audiences.
