Community Manager (Mumbai)

About the role

As a Community Manager at Ladies Who Lead, you will be a pivotal member of the member‑facing team, driving engagement and satisfaction for a fast‑growing network of women professionals. You will work closely with the leadership and programming teams to create meaningful experiences and foster long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships and drive member engagement for retention and growth.
• Support the Programming team by ensuring seamless participation in monthly curated events and on‑ground activities.
• Manage RSVPs, invitations, and facilitate meaningful member interactions.
• Track and achieve OKRs focused on member satisfaction, retention, engagement, and referrals.
• Act as a bridge between members and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain LWL’s leadership in women’s networking.
• Maintain existing online member groups and help create new groups to boost engagement.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience in community building, consumer data analysis, or related fields.
• Background in luxury retail, hospitality, media, marketing, or similar industries.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse community metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Passion for connecting people and facilitating meaningful conversations.
• Team player eager to contribute to a professional, growth‑focused culture.
