Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead resident experience across FF21 properties in Bangalore. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, driving engagement, and delivering memorable events that foster a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture resident relationships to enhance overall experience.
• Plan, execute and report on regular events, activities and experiences across multiple properties.
• Identify and implement revenue‑generating opportunities through paid events, brand activations and community initiatives.
• Source, negotiate and manage partnerships with brands, gyms, salons, cafés and other relevant businesses.
• Collaborate with the creative and social media team to promote events and initiatives via WhatsApp, the app and social platforms.
• Drive resident participation through campaigns, contests, app engagement and community programs.
• Lead and coordinate Community Associates to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage vendors, budgets, logistics and event requirements.
• Track performance metrics, revenue, participation and feedback to continuously improve.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, events, hospitality, experiential marketing or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in revenue generation, partnerships or event sales is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency with social media platforms for promotion and engagement.
