Community Manager

About the role

Latoyá, a vibrant Latin American restaurant and bar in Delhi, is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to build and nurture a lively community around the brand. The role blends event creation, influencer collaboration, and guest engagement to make Latoyá the go‑to nightlife destination.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute weekly events such as Latin nights, salsa evenings, live music, guest DJ shifts, ladies’ nights and themed experiences.
• Partner with artists, DJs, brands and vendors to enrich the event calendar and drive attendance.
• Coordinate with the PR agency to secure media coverage and manage relationships with food, lifestyle and nightlife influencers.
• Oversee social media content calendars, capture behind‑the‑scenes moments and ensure timely interaction with the online community.
• Develop partnerships with dance groups, expat communities, corporate offices and lifestyle clubs; grow WhatsApp groups and guest databases.
• Monitor and improve ratings on Google, Zomato and EazyDiner, responding to reviews and resolving issues.
• Track competitor activity, compile monthly reports on events, community growth and marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, luxury retail or lifestyle brands.
• Established network within Delhi’s food, nightlife and influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
