About the role
Masai School is seeking a proactive Community Manager to strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The role focuses on partnership development, MOU management, and driving student engagement initiatives across campuses.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational partners.
- Support onboarding of new institutes and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Coordinate and maintain MOUs, agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Serve as primary contact for institute leadership, faculty, placement teams, and coordinators.
- Organise workshops, orientations, webinars, and campus events to boost institute and student engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnered programs.
- Address institute, faculty, and student concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for partnership improvement.
- Track engagement metrics, student participation, partner satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Travel up to 30% for institute visits, stakeholder meetings, and campus events.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in institute partnerships, community management, or related roles.
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, or campus relations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with premier institutions such as IITs, IIMs, NITs is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience drafting and managing MOUs and partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple institute relationships simultaneously.
- Planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.
