Community Manager

About the role

Masai School is seeking a proactive Community Manager to strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The role focuses on partnership development, MOU management, and driving student engagement initiatives across campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and educational partners.
• Support onboarding of new institutes and manage ongoing partner relationships.
• Coordinate and maintain MOUs, agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for institute leadership, faculty, placement teams, and coordinators.
• Organise workshops, orientations, webinars, and campus events to boost institute and student engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnered programs.
• Address institute, faculty, and student concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for partnership improvement.
• Track engagement metrics, student participation, partner satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
• Travel up to 30% for institute visits, stakeholder meetings, and campus events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in institute partnerships, community management, or related roles.
• Experience in EdTech, higher education, or campus relations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with premier institutions such as IITs, IIMs, NITs is preferred.
