Community Manager

About the role

2gethr is looking for a proactive Community Manager to nurture and grow the community around its innovative co‑working spaces. You will be the main liaison between members, clients and the organisation, ensuring a vibrant, inclusive environment that aligns with the brand’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain community members.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and enforce community guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback and support.
• Organise and promote events, webinars, meet‑ups and conferences.
• Monitor community metrics, produce regular reports and use data to refine strategies.
• Advocate for community needs within the organisation and relay feedback to relevant teams.
• Manage conflicts and crisis situations to maintain a positive environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building and managing online or offline communities.
• Ability to plan and execute events independently.
• Analytical mindset for tracking engagement and sentiment.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable handling conflict.
