Community Manager

About the role

Age Stronger, a senior‑focused fitness community in Bangalore, is looking for a proactive Community Manager to drive engagement and grow its member base. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning and executing weekly events across the city, directly interacting with senior members, vendors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and run at least one community event each week on a limited budget.
• Develop and implement ideas to increase attendance, engagement and paid conversions.
• Handle end‑to‑end event logistics: planning, venue and vendor coordination, on‑ground execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Travel across Bangalore to inspect venues and ensure smooth set‑up before each event.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior members, providing patient and empathetic support.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can work independently without detailed instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (10/10).
• Genuine empathy for senior citizens; patience is essential.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, tight budgets and frequent travel.
• Willingness to be on the ground rather than behind a desk.

Required skills

What we offer

• Initial three‑month trial with monthly remuneration: ₹5,000 (Month 1), ₹10,000 (Month 2), ₹15,000 (Month 3).
• Performance‑based salary renegotiation from Month 4 onward, with no upper cap.
