Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to lead both the physical and digital experiences of T‑Hub’s startup ecosystem. You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and cross‑functional teams to create valuable interactions for founders, investors, mentors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a vibrant physical community calendar, including Demo Days, Founder Meetups, Investor Evenings, roundtables, workshops and networking events.
• Maintain and activate T‑Hub’s community spaces to foster collaboration and a community‑first atmosphere.
• Own digital engagement channels such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack and newsletters, producing content that reflects the brand voice.
• Measure community health through participation, retention and feedback metrics.
• Partner with Startup Programs, Funding Desk, Mentorship and Corporate Innovation teams to embed community into major initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in community management, events, startup ecosystems, hospitality, editorial, brand or experience design.
• Proven ability to plan events, manage stakeholders and create engaging content.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and project‑management skills.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and ecosystem building.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Slack for community engagement.
